Student Evaluation
Just as classroom experiences should evolve, so should evaluation systems. As I embraced an individualized approach, I incorporated a variety of evaluation resources - class participation, homeworks, and group work, including a Capstone Project. This led to a richer experience compared to the typical multiple choice questions used to evaluate students on large classes.
